VBT: BOOK SPOTLIGHT/ GUST POST & GIVEAWAY - CURVACEOUS CONDEMNATION BY. ROSE WYNTERS

CURVACEOUS CONDEMNATION
THE ENDURERS BOOK 2
BY
ROSE WYNTERS

Description:

The Endurers - Immortal warriors chosen to fight the evil that stalks humanity. Major players in the upcoming Armageddon. Single and sexy as hell.

Death. Pain. Tragedy.

For Endurer Vincent Chavalerio, immortality has brought nothing but torment and misery. Cursed by a demon to forever watch the women he loves die painfully, he's determined to finally put an end to it all and his own existence as well.

Plus-sized Scarlett Hamilton is desperate to learn how to live again after the death of her fiance, Niles. She's sent to list a historic mansion in New Orleans but ends up buying it for herself. Little does she know, there is already someone living within the walls and a gateway to Hell in the backyard.

Scarlett believes him to be a ghost, but his reaction to her body comes from a red-blooded, 100% male. After being in stasis for two hundred years, he's desperate to seduce her. Scarlett soon discovers an erotic passion in the immortal's arms, but he's still determined to let her go. Will he move past his grief and indifference enough to recognize what's waiting right in front of him?

The demon that cursed him won't release Vincent, even if it means the destruction of New Orleans. One night a devastating tragedy occurs as Hell fulfills an accepted bargain, condemning the city in the process. Time has ran out. Vincent has to see the truth or he will lose Scarlett, and his own destiny, forever.

Warning: This title is intended for readers over the age of 18 as it contains explicit sex scenes and/or situations and adult language, and may be considered offensive to some readers.

EXCERPT:

“That’s it, Scarlett. Just a little closer,” the voice said, seductively. “We can give you the peace you desire. Inside, you’ll find everything you ever needed, even Niles. The door is wide open. Why not come on in?”

Scarlett paused in confusion at her words, desperately trying to break free of the spell she was under. Her hand fisted on the tile, the other one nearly touching the water. Why was the voice talking about Niles? He was dead, wasn’t he?

Everything felt wrong. She was suddenly hot, and her brain felt incapable of rational thought. Reality disappeared. She fought the compulsion, knew somewhere deep inside that it was wrong, but was powerless to stop. “Heaven, help me,” she muttered, desperately grasping for anything that could save her.

The spell she was under broke. Immediately she fell backwards, landing roughly on the ground, pain exploding across the back of her head. The sun was extremely bright, as she squeezed her eyes shut.

She felt like the world had stopped for several minutes, then reanimated with a vengeance. The chirping of the birds in the trees flooded her hearing, as her senses were restored back to her. Teddy whined and yelped in the distance, frantically attempting to get her attention.

“It’s okay,” she reassured him, slowly opening her eyes. The pond and statue were in front of her, the water still and unmoving. It was once again a deserted pond, as if the last several minutes had never occurred.

GUEST POST

Interview with Endurer Vincent Chavalerio and Scarlett  from Curvaceous Condemnation

Rose: I pull up in front of their mansion and a chill rushes over me. After all, I know all about the gateway that used to be in the back. The mansion is every bit as beautiful as I imagined it to be, though. I get out of my car and walk up the steps. The door opens before I make it across the porch. It's Vincent with an arm wrapped around Scarlett. He's as gorgeous as I always thought he would be.

Vincent: “Welcome, Rose. We've been expecting you.”

Rose: “Hi, guys. Thanks for having me here, today.”

Scarlett: “Would you like to come in?” They step back and lead me into their parlor.

Scarlett: “Have a seat wherever you like.”

Rose: “Thank you.” I watch them sit down on the loveseat, his dark Venetian features contrasting so beautifully against Scarlett's light blonde hair and skin. I give myself a virtual pat on the back. These two are perfect for each other.

Vincent: His eyes meet mine, and I find myself drowning in their warm, brown depths. They remind me of a milk chocolate bar. “Are you ready to get started?”

Rose: “Y-y-yes,” I manage to stutter out, utterly wowed by his sensuality. “So tell me, what attracted you the most to Scarlett?”

Vincent: He stares at his wife, his eyes a mixture of love and hot lust. “Her thick and voluptuous curves.”

Scarlett: Blushing. “Vincent, really,” she says, giving me an embarrassed look. “Rose doesn't want to hear all about that.”

Vincent: Shrugs

Rose: “Scarlett, what about you? What attracted you the most to Vincent?”

Scarlett: “His good looks, but I never dreamed he was real. He's a dream come true. I couldn't ask for a more loyal or passionate husband.”

Rose: “When did you realize you loved each other?”

Scarlett: “Honestly, I think I loved him from the moment I saw the painting.”

Vincent: “From the first pump.”

Scarlett gasps as she elbows him. “Sorry, Rose. He's a horn dog. I can't take him anywhere.”
Vincent: Laughs gleefully.

Rose: Shaking my head and thinking how lucky she is. “Have you experienced any more demon phenomenon?”

Vincent: He gets serious. It's the Endurer in him, and he's nobody to mess with. “Daily,” he replies, his voice deepening. “I believe you caught quite a bit of it in Book 3, Delicate Devastation, but it's getting a lot worse. The Endurers are working night and day, but Hell keeps releasing more and more of the demons. Don't be out after dark.”

Rose: Paling. “I won't.” A thought pops into my head. “How's Ian doing?”

Vincent: “He's missing. Nobody knows where he's at.”

Rose: I feel sad. Ian was one of my favorite characters, but a tragic event in Book 3 sent him out into the world alone.

Scarlett: “We hope Arch can find him. There isn't a one of us that aren't afraid for him.”

Rose: Clearing my throat. It was time for a change of subject. “So have you found anymore inventive uses for marshmallow cream?”

Vincent: He gives Scarlett a lusty, heated look that is hot enough to melt butter. “We've branched out into other things,” he replies in a drawl. “You know how we are. Endurers love to work hard and play even harder.”

Scarlett: Fanning herself. “There isn't anything Vincent isn't willing to do.”

Rose: I have to fight not to fan myself as well. Just imagining this gorgeous, tall Endurer in the heat of the moment is enough to make any woman drool. “Give us just a hint. Tell me one word that would describe your current kink.”

Vincent: He smiles, his dark eyes hooded. “Water.”

Rose: “Have mercy.” I realize I just said this out loud and try to correct myself. “It's so hot out, ya know? I wish the weather would have mercy on us.” It falls flat.

Scarlett: She gives me a knowing smile.

Rose: “Okay, just one other quick question. What's next for the Endurers?”

Vincent: “It's getting bad real fast. We are going to try to stay alive and prepare for Armageddon. Arch is hunting for Ian, and Shayne is busy with some new Endurers.”

Scarlett: Cutting in. “Rose, are you single?” They both look at me expectantly.

Rose: “Uh, why?”

Scarlett: She gives me a speculative look. “The world isn't safe anymore, Rose. You should know that better than anyone. You need an Endurer of your own. One to warm your bed and protect you.” She looks at Vincent. “Do you know of anyone?”

Vincent: He gets a funny look in his eyes. “I think I know of the perfect one.”

Rose: I jump up and accidentally knock my purse to the floor. Blushing, I hurry up and retrieve it. “Thanks for the interview, guys,” I say as I rush to the front door. “Take care of yourselves. Congrats on the baby.”

I look back as I grab the doorknob to see if they are following. They aren't, but I'm not taking any chances. The Endurers could possibly be way too much male for me.

While still looking back, I open the door and rush out. Immediately, I run right into a very hard and extremely powerful body. It would have knocked me back on my ass, but strong hands reach out and hold me upright.

The sun is behind the new arrival, and it takes me several seconds of furious blinking to be able to see clearly. When I do, my body reacts furiously. It's Arch, and he doesn't look happy.........

I hope you enjoy this fun character interview with my Endurers! It was a lot of fun to write it. Thanks for having me here on your site, today.
