I thought Blood Struck was a compelling read. I thought the premise of this story was refreshing and unique.
Myra is a college student caught between a Rock & a hard place. Her mother is sick with cancer, and Myra is unable to pay for her treatment. Desperate to make money to help her mother, Myra takes a job as a Blood Courtesan to Vampires.
Myra is a strong heroine, she will do whatever is necessary to help her mother, and keep her alive. Enter Kristos who is Myra's first client. He is a hot alpha male vampire. Kristos is sent to Myra as her first, his job is to break her into her new role. Kristos is all kinds of sexiness, and perfect for Myra.
Throw in a whole lot of action, a few secrets, and you have a great story that's hard to put down.
I really liked Blood Struck. The author did a great job with the world building, and the feel of the story. The characters, and situations were believable. The plot flowed, and kept you on the edge of your seat.
The sexual scenes were sexy, hot, and followed the plot. The action kept me turning the pages.
This is my first book by Michelle Fox, but I can guarantee you it won't be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed myself reading Blood Struck.
