RELEASE DAY BLITZ: CHASING KARMA by C. SHELL

                            Chasing Karma Release Day Blitz
Add TBR

My
 name is Karma Gallo. If you’ve heard of me, I am sure you're
remembering a story about a police raid, missing person report, or an
FBI probe into my family. My father is a Chicago mob boss, and I’m his
little principessa—the heir apparent with no life of my own. But in
twelve days my life will change. College will do that to a girl. So will
 the frat boy and the bad boy—two panty-dampening guys throwing around
the testosterone.

 They both want to help me with my panties, but what
else do they want? And do I care?

I have loved books and romance
 novels since I was in high school. The happy endings and endless
possibilities are alluring and addictive. I currently reside in Texas
and when I am not thinking up my next bad-boy character I am working in
the community rescuing dogs while being a wife and mother to my
wonderful family.

I invite you to ask me any questions, keep up to date with my latest books and give me your feedback.

 I need to get laid more. First day in my new place and I am already trying to hump the local eye candy. Down girl!
 He stares at me with interest. Once again, my internal alarm is warning me to be careful, so I nod yes, and keep my gaze on the building in front of us instead of looking up into his face
. With one arm looped around my waist, he takes on the majority of my weight while flinging my bag over his other shoulder. Once positioned, he helps me hobble across the street and into my building.

 Shooting out a few general directions while ignoring the quizzical stares from other students wandering in my corridor, he carefully deposits me in front of my dorm-room door. I take deep, steady breaths while gaining my balance, which is not easy to do, with the heat of his firm body pressed against mine. Several people scrutinize us as they pass by. No doubt, most are from females checking out Mr. Hot Stuff. The thought of them ogling him makes me pissy for reasons I refuse to acknowledge.
 Gripping the doorknob tight against my hand, I reach around and take my bag from—shit, what is his name?

“You forgot to give me your name,” I say, breaking another of my dad’s rules, “Always know who you are dealing with and what their weakness is.” I am so glad I am on my own now. At least I am far enough away that he can’t watch my many failures. He would no doubt be disappointed in my lack of judgment. Mr. Cocky is back in full force as a smirk tips up from the corners of his lips. Handing me my bag, he bends down and places his mouth against the shell of my ear. I start to pull away, but stop as his arm encircles my waist and holds me immobile against his chest—the very chest I have been dying to feel. I was right; it is strong and taut, catching my attention.

BLOG TOUR & GIVEAWAY - BEAUTY SUBMITS TO HER BEAST by SYDNEY ST. CLAIRE

BEAUTY SUBMITS TO HER BEAST
by Sydney St. Claire

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
BLURB:
Rancher Caitlin Olsen is in complete control of her life. After years of taking care of others, she’s on her own and loving every minute. She has her horses and her ranch. What more does she need? Yet deep inside, she yearns to give up all her responsibilities and simply experience life. When a friend suggests she try a bit of BDSM role-play, she does her research and accepts an invitation to Pleasure Manor for a fairy tale event.
War hero and Dominant, Damon Steele is a loner. His failure to keep his men alive destroyed too many hopes and dreams. He won’t be responsible for anyone else's life or happiness ever again. There’s no room in his life—or his heart—for romance. Instead, he satisfies his needs at BDSM clubs and never with the same sub. Taking part in the fairy tale event at Pleasure Manor is difficult enough, but when Beauty challenges him both in the bedroom and out, he’s not sure he can control his inner beast.
Excerpt:
She licked her lips, suddenly nervous again. How did a person begin a cold turkey sexual fling? She didn’t engage in one-night stands, always dated and got to know her past lovers first. “I’m Caitlin. I’ve never been here before. What now?”
He inclined his head. “I’m Damon. I’ll be your Dom for the weekend. Find the X on the floor and stand on it.”
Damon. To tame. Oh, yes, she wanted to tame her beast. Like a flame set to gas-soaked briquettes, his gaze on her breast, along with his sexy, deep baritone voice, ignited the ball of lust swirling in her center.
Whew, this won’t be so bad. In fact, if she hadn’t been cuffed, she might have jumped him, tumbled them both onto the couch.
He snapped his fingers, bringing her back to the here and now. “First rule. I don't give instructions more than once. Do as I ordered.”
The lust in her veins cooled and once again, indignation threaded with anger took hold. “Excuse me?” No one had ordered her around since she was thirteen and assumed the role of parent to her younger siblings and caregiver to her mother.
“Your choice is to obey or leave. If you want to leave, I’ll remove the cuffs and let Hastings arrange for you to be taken home.”
Go before she sampled this hunk? Nope. No matter how much she hated being told what to do. Her curiosity was piqued, and her body ached to have this man kiss her. And fuck her like a stallion claiming his mare. This Belle wanted her Beast.
AUTHOR Bio and Links:
Sydney St. Claire is the pseudonym of Susan Edwards, author of 14 Historical Native American/Western/Paranormal romances and the author of the popular “White” Series.
Sydney loves writing and sharing stories of love, happiness and dreams come true with her readers. She credits her mother for her writing success.  Encouraged to read as a child, she always preferred happy endings which meant romances were her favorite genre.  Sydney takes her readers into the world of erotica romance where her characters come together in explosive passion as they solve life’s problems and find true love along with the best sex our hero and heroine have ever experienced.
Sydney’s office is quite crowded with three dogs at her feet and five cats to keep her company while she writes. Three cats always insist on beds on her desk, barely leaving enough room for her monitor and keyboard. Life gets fun when all five insist on supervising…
When not writing, she enjoys crafts of all sorts including quilting, sewing, cross-stitch and knitting. She and her husband of 30 + years are avid gardeners. He takes care of the veggies, and Susan is in charge of the ‘pretties’. Her medicine wheel garden is in a contact state of war: flowers vs. weeds. Sadly, right now the weeds are wining…
While writing, she listens to a wide variety of music. Her current favorites are Blackmore’s Night and David Lanz.
Today was a good day. A glorious day. Sitting at the stoplight in the Southern California sunshine, Annabelle Jones did a drum solo on the steering wheel of her convertible Mercedes. She didn’t care if people stared at her singing along to “Don’t Stop Believing.” She hadn’t stopped believing, and look at her now, fresh off her first modeling job since filing for divorce. So it wasn’t the cover of Sports Illustrated, still, it was a job. Something she could be proud of. Her daughters could be proud of her.
It wasn’t about the money. The income she earned from this modeling job was more about pride. Having something to offer the world, even if it was just her face.
Annabelle wanted to show her daughters that a woman didn’t need a man to take care of her. She could stand on her own two feet, and return to the career she’d given up when she married Clayton Barry. She might not fly off to exotic locations or work with the world’s most famous photographers, but she was working.
She lifted her face to the sun, soaking in its warmth. It was as if the fog of the last few years had finally lifted. Nothing but blue skies ahead for her and her six-year-old twin daughters.
Today’s shoot was just the beginning. Her agent had two more jobs lined up for her before the end of the month. He’d also scheduled her to attend the televised celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She hadn’t been able to make the photo shoot last fall in New York for the magazine, but he thought making an appearance on the live show would give her plenty of exposure.
Hopefully, she’d be able to juggle it all. Part of what appealed to her about today’s job was that it was close enough that she’d be able to shoot for a few hours and still get home in time to meet her daughters when they got off the school bus.
Annabelle glanced at the clock. If the light didn’t change soon, she wasn’t going to make it to the bus stop in time.
The song ended and Annabelle turned down the volume. She’d started listening to Journey during the Goliaths’ World Series run. So the song was five years older than she was, the message still rang true. It was about hope. Starting over. Believing.
The traffic light turned green, and she pulled into the intersection. A flash of yellow appeared out of the corner of her eye. She turned in time to see an SUV blow through the stoplight. Before she could react, the vehicle struck her Mercedes just behind the driver’s side door.
Her head slammed into the side window. Glass shattered and she looked down at the blood on her blouse. A thousand black pixels danced before her eyes.
And then nothing.
Kristina Mathews doesn't remember a time when she
didn't have a book in her hand. Or in her head. But it wasn't until she turned
forty that she confessed the reason the laundry never made it out of the dryer
was because she was busy writing.
While she resigned
from teaching with the arrival of her second son, she's remained an educator in
some form. As a volunteer, parent club member or para educator, she finds the
most satisfaction working with emergent and developing readers, helping foster
confidence and a lifelong love of books.
Kristina lives in
Northern California with her husband of more than twenty years, two sons and a
black lab. A veteran road tripper, amateur renovator and sports fanatic. She
hopes to one day travel all 3,073 miles of Highway 50 from Sacramento, CA to
Ocean City, MD, replace her carpet with hardwood floors and serve as a “Ball
Dudette” for the San Francisco Giants.
