Sugar and Spice

Ginny's thirtieth birthday is shaping up to be the worst ever, until her best friend Ryan takes her to the Way Down Under, a new sex club she's been dying to visit. Too bad Ryan refuses to let her see anything but the club-s tasteful bar.Sneaking off to explore, Ginny is busted by Ryan in the Voyeur Room. But instead of taking her home, Ryan intends to teach her a lesson-and immediately commands her to strip. Stunned, Ginny obeys and embarks on a night unlike any other. From shattering orgasms in front of strangers to light bondage, Ginny endures hours of sexual ecstasy, made to succumb again and again to her wildest urges-all by her best friend. After hiding from Ryan the rest of the weekend-resulting in delicious punishment in his office on Monday-Ginny discovers emotions in their lifelong friendship that may have been there all along. She doesn't know if she can convince Ryan of the same-but a bit of -sweet- bondage might help.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a light fun read with a few laugh out loud moments. I constantly found myself smiling throughout this story. I am definitely a fan of Mari Carr's work after reading this book.

Ginny, Ryan, Charlie, and Alex grew up together and are the best of friends. Ginny and Ryan are especially close, and knows just about everything about each other. The boys went off to college to get engineering degrees, while Ginny stayed home and worked to take care of her sick mother. After college, the boys came back home and set up an engineering firm, and hired Ginny as their office manager. They are all still extremely close, and look out for each other.

It's Ginny's thirtieth birthday, and she has just been stood up by her boyfriend, who was suppose to take her away for a romantic weekend. Ryan, seeing how upset she was offered to fill in, and take her to The Way Down Under Club. Ginny has been dying to get into the exclusive sex club, and jumps at her chance to go. Little does she know, Ryan is a exclusive member of the Club, and Ginny is in for the time of her life.

Ryan has always been close to Ginny, and he's hated every guy she has ever been with. He's always been protective of Ginny, and he will do anything to make her happy. Ryan knew offering to take Ginny to The Way Down Under Club would be tricky, but he has no Idea of the things that are about to go down.

Ginny and Ryan are both turned on by what's going on in the club, and Ryan isn't sure why he's seeing Ginny in a different light. All he knows is that he's cared about her since they were children, and now he's not looking at her like the girl next door, but like a hot woman for the taking. His woman, he wants her, and he's going to have her.

This story was so much fun to read, and the sex scenes.. OMG! They were so HOT. Ginny is a fun, sassy, smart heroine who will have you thinking to your self YOU GO GIRL! Ryan is the perfect, sexy, smart, male specimen, and he compliments Ginny perfectly in this story. I thought the idea of life long friends turning into lovers would never work, but it does in this story. It was sweet to read the interludes between Ginny, and Ryan, and the Sex.. Man it was burning the pages up. I finished this story in one sitting, I DIDN'T want to put the book down. The ending to this story was perfect, and I think Ms. Carr knows her stuff. There is a stand alone follow up to this story called Everything Nice, I am on my way over to Amazon to download it just as soon as I finish this post.

If you want to read a sexy story, with lots of heart, and HOT sex.  I suggest you pick this story up
